1. Service Description

Vestential (the “Platform”) provides AI stock analysis, odd-lot quote lookup, portfolio P&L estimation, cycle entry model estimation, Market Focus (including the Trump Wind Signal), the Market Focus newsletter, and the AI Arena as an investment-research aid.

2. Disclaimer

⚠ All information, analysis results, and suggestions shown on the Platform are for reference only and do not constitute investment or financial advice.

Stock investing involves risk; past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own investment decisions, and the Platform is not liable for any loss arising from use of its information.

3. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree:

• Not to scrape or copy Platform content at scale through automated means.
• Not to attempt to bypass quota limits or access controls.
• Not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accounts and Quotas

The Platform provides daily free quotas for signed-in users (AI analyses shared between AI Stock Analysis and Portfolio: regular users 1/day, admins 3/day; and 10 portfolio screenshot recognitions per day). If an analysis does not complete due to system-side factors, the quota deducted for that attempt is automatically refunded; quotas reset daily at midnight Taiwan time. The Platform reserves the right to adjust quotas and service rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The copyright of the Platform’s code, interface design, and text belongs to the Platform. Market data comes from the public information of stock exchanges and third-party APIs; related trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

6. Terms Revisions

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; revisions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
